Introducing... Respect Bodyboards,an enterprise established in 2003 by leading Euro Pro bodyboarder Rui Ferreira. The company has continued to grow throughout Spain, Portugal and France. And Is now ready to head south for winter!
Based In Bilbao , Northern Spain is one featuring the most diverse band of misfits on the planet. Starting with Rui Ferreira the brainchild and visionary who (apart from our forefather Mike Stew) is the only World tour bodyboarder with his own brand of boards and hence the ultimate hands on knowledge to go into up to date board design. The team consists of a select crew from all corners of the planet and whilst not all well known downunder have turned heads and pushed limits over the globe in every type of condition that ole mother earth can produce…….these nutbags include:
Ernesto Evana (Islas Canarias) the most gifted and stylish to come from the Canary Islands has been dubbed the euro hubb for his ability to boost off anything (im sure you´ve heard of him!).
Jose Otavio (Brasil Nut) underground charger from Brasil and the first person to pull a 720 on film sorry to say before Hubb. Check it.
Eric Gamez (France) French all rounder who spends his time exploring the south pacific and pushing tow out limits here in Euro.
Kiko Sarieva (Portugal) another Portuguese pocket rocket who boosts as hard as the nandos extra piri piri!
And lastly an aussie ex-pat from the Gold Coast who now calls Euro home…underground global roamer Simon Murphy.
