WHO MAY ENTER
Contest is open to anyone between 12 and 30 years old living in Australia.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
+ Photograph submissions must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital format, and no greater than 5 megabytes infile size. If possible, please provide the original digital image to ensure maximum image quality.
+ Each entrant may submit up to three photographs. The submission deadline is 20th November
+ By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that: he has the permission from the photographer to submit the photo; the photographer accepts all the terms & conditions of the Contest; the photo has never been published in any media or medium; no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
+ Photos submited will be showcased online during 1 month at an specific Contest website.
+ Photographs will be judged in accordance with the Respect Bodyboards™ staff own criteria
SENDING
The photographs must be sent to au.putyournamehere@respectbodyboards.com attaching the name,age and a mail contact of the featured rider and contestant; and also the name of the shooter.
JUDGING
+ Once the contest period expires (20/11/09), all the photos which comply with the requirements above will be uploaded to an specific Contest website so as to be rated.
+ Anyone in the Internet will be able to participate in this rating. The way to rate will consist of a system of score.
+ After 1 month of public showcasing, the ten best rated photographs will be meticulously evaluated by
Respect Bodyboards™ & Movement staff.
+ The winner will be chosen on 20/12/09 and published both on Respect Bodyboards™ & Movement Mag website by 20/12/09. The winner will also be notified by mail.
CONTEST PRIZES
The entrant winner will be awarded with one year´s Respect Bodyboards™ sponsorship valued at AUD $5000.
LICENSE
Selected entry may be published by Respect Bodyboards™ in magazines, marketing materials, or on their websites, or in any other medium, at Respect Bodyboards discretion. Respect Bodyboards™ also reserves the right to edit, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using the entry to fullest extent possible in perpetuity, without additional consideration, notification, permission to entrant or any third party. Credits will be given to the photographer when possible.
Certain restrictions may apply. Entries are void if Respect Bodyboards™ determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, obtained through fraud or theft or do not meet the photo requeriments outlined above.
Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of the Respect Bodyboards™ & Movement staff are final on all matters relating to the Contest. In the event that the selected winner is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Respect Bodyboards™, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another winner.
